The speed limit on all Riverwood roads is 20 MPH. There are several people driving way too fast, and it is causing concern among the walkers, bikers, and even other drivers in their vehicles. SLOW DOWN!

Riverwood Estates now has a new property manager, Richard Ouimet. You may call him at 239-531-5438 or email - richardo@guardianpropertymanagement.net . As a reminder to all homeowners, whether you are still here in Naples or not, please make sure any and all knick knacks, ornaments, baubles and/or doodads you may have laying around your homes or in your carports etc. are taken inside your homes or garage or lanai for safe keeping to ensure they are not going to become projectiles during storms of any kind. The National Weather Service is predicting a high rate of storms this season, with higher-than-normal potential for damage. Whatever can be picked up and thrown around by a tropical storm and/or hurricane can cause severe damage going through the side of your neighbor's home. Please pick up around your home. If you are not in Naples, I would suggest you have a neighbor or friend check your home and see what might need to be placed in a safe area. This is the responsibility of every homeowner in Riverwood Estates

The boat ramp lock is to be replaced July 01, 2026. Unless the new form is downloaded, signed and submitted to Bette Nockles, prior to June 30, 2026, no one will get the new key. Bette will assume responsibility for receiving the completed forms. Homeowners may email a scanned form to her at: bettesuzan@yahoo.com OR mail the completed form to her Riverwood Estates address: 151 Rookery Road, Naples, FL 34114.

Homeowners may schedule power washing of their homes, at their own expense, between August 24 and September 18, 2026, by contacting:
